A globally recognized leader in reading eyewear and sunglasses is a continuity client with Scan Based Trading product in Target stores. RMS merchandisers complete servicing on an endcap in Pharmacy and a sidecap in Stationery on a regular basis. The company was given permission by Target to test a sidecap in 30 stores.

A leading developer and distributor of in home electronic accessories was awarded a new seasonal program of Holiday Plug/Electrical items in a large national retail chain. They wanted to safeguard a successful first holiday season and reached out to RMS for help with two services before and after Black Friday.

An American manufacturer of underwear launched their new logo/brand in a large national retailer causing all existing hangtags/marketing pieces to be outdated. The new logo/brand update affected six different product categories in the retailer nationwide. RMS partnered with the manufacturer to ensure the transition to the new logo/brand was executed accurately and timely.

RMS collaborated with 6 beverage brands to create a customized service to address void/phantom inventory issues. The service focused on zoning, stocking, count corrections and out of stock reporting. Total store item counts ranged from 5 to 15 per brand.

During a continuity service for an entertainment software client, RMS merchandisers realized the client’s logistics provider had not correctly priced newly arriving DVD’s. The issue was identified in the entire three-hundred store Menard’s retail chain and reported to the client.

The client launched ten new items in Target and RMS was hired to place hangtags for 8 out of 10 DPCIs on the salesfloor and complete POG maintenance.

A large consumer products company had various clear tape and adhesive hook displays set in the Seasonal department in Target over seven weeks leading up to Christmas. RMS serviced clear tape, across all Target stores, two sidecaps in Grocery and Seasonal and in the Wrapping Aisle. Adhesive hook displays in Trim-A-Tree and home location POGs were serviced in 1781 Target store.

A large health and beauty vendor who owns multiple brands carried in a large mass retailer had never conducted an in-store audit or retail merchandising campaign. Due to many of their items being dually located, the vendor wanted a resource to audit “Priority” items and determine the state of their products on the shelves.

The client had multiple brands being set in the Toy Department. RMS installed three ISM pieces and serviced multiple brands across 1500 Target stores.

Our client has product in the Toy Department in all stores of a large nationwide retailer. The client wanted a service to set and/fix a sidecap and perform display maintenance during the busy holiday season. The client requested verification the product was set properly with product and shelf labels to boost sales and replenishment.

One of the world’s major beauty manufacturers has engaged RMS for weekly servicing in Target stores for their brands. Throughout our long partnership, we engage our reps to improve On Shelf Availability (OSA). Service focuses on stocking, count corrections, planogram maintenance and display compliance for their brands in 1,195 Target stores.

The client has various product set in the Sporting Good Department. RMS serviced the products monthly over a four month period in 500 Target stores.
